About the Role Endeavor Health is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to join our Plainfield clinic. This role focuses on providing direct patient care with a strong emphasis on orthopedic physical therapy, and opportunities to work in hand, neuro, vestibular, pelvic health, pediatrics, and lymphedema through our specialists. Mentorship is available for new grads and those with less than three years’ experience. What You'll Do
- Provide direct physical therapy services to patients with a focus on achieving functional goals.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans; implement therapeutic programs to prevent and correct movement dysfunction.
- Educate patients and engage them in their own care through clear communication.
