About the Role PTSMC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality rehabilitative care at our New Milford clinic, supporting patients to move and feel better while collaborating with a team of therapists and clinicians.
What You'll Do
- Provide and maintain high standards of clinical care to patients
- Take a patient-first approach to care by establishing a friendly, trustworthy rapport with patients
- Motivate patients during treatment to help them function optimally and achieve goals
- Communicate effectively with physical therapists, physicians and other healthcare providers
- Promote the 'PT for Life' philosophy in community settings
What We're Looking For
- Degree from an accredited physical therapist assistant program
- Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility to apply
- Patient-centered care, effective communication, and clinical development orientation
Nice to Have
- Specialization in areas of clinical interest encouraged, with financial support
