What You Will Be Doing
- Physical Security
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive physical security program across all Rhoads facilities in the Philadelphia Navy Yard.
- Conduct risk assessments related to facility access, property protection, and employee safety.
- Identify trends and develop corrective actions to reduce incidents and security risks.
Access Control
- Manage access control systems, surveillance, alarm monitoring, and security vendor relationships.
- Establish and enforce site security protocols, visitor management processes, and asset protection measures.
- Partner with local, state, and federal law enforcement and emergency responders as needed.
