About the Role Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician to join Endeavor Health in Arlington Heights, IL. The role focuses on musculoskeletal, sports and spine care with interventional spine procedures, serving patients across the Chicago Metropolitan Market. Expect at least 34 hours per week of direct patient contact and potential extended hours as needed.
What You'll Do
- Work with musculoskeletal, sports and spine patients
- Perform spinal interventional procedures
- Serve patients from Endeavor Service Area (Chicago Metropolitan Market)
- Have at least 34 hours per week of direct patient contact
- May be expected to work extended hours; flexibility to determine own extended hours (early morning, evenings or weekends)
What We're Looking For
- Medical license in the state of IL or pending
- PM&R residency; fellowship a plus
- Board Certified/Board Eligible by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Skills in spine and MSK procedures
Nice to Have
- PM&R fellowship (preferred)
- Prior experience with spine and MSK interventional procedures (preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $214,251 - $373,006 per year
