About the Role Teradyne is seeking an experienced Physical Design Lead to join our Silicon Technology Engineering (STE) organization within the Digital ASIC Group. The role focuses on leading physical design for advanced-node, large-scale mixed-signal ASICs. The team develops cutting-edge silicon solutions powering Teradyne's test and automation technologies. What You'll Do
- Lead physical design activities for advanced-node, large-scale mixed-signal ASICs within the STE and Digital ASIC Group.
- Collaborate with STE to define and deliver manufacturing-ready designs and tapeouts.
- Mentor and guide design teams in layout, sign-off, and process improvements. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in physical design leadership for ASICs and strong background in mixed-signal/applications.
- Experience with advanced-node processes and large-scale digital/analog design flows.
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and communicate effectively across STE and the Digital ASIC Group. Nice to Have
- Experience delivering tapeouts on schedule and familiarity with analog/digital co-design.
- Familiarity with silicon technology engineering principles and large-scale ASIC development.
