Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality clinical care within the Medical Laboratory service

Participate in multidisciplinary ward rounds and case conferences

Mentor junior staff and contribute to teaching programmes

Uphold clinical governance, documentation, and patient safety standards

Support quality improvement and audit initiatives

Collaborate with allied specialties to ensure seamless patient pathways

Qualifications and Experience
-
Recognised phlebotomy training and relevant experience

Current registration with the applicable Nigerian regulatory body, where required

Evidence of continuing professional development
