Phlebotomist - PRN | 12 Hour Shift

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a reputed hospital in Manchester, TN, and we are looking to hire a dependable Phlebotomist to join their laboratory team.

In this role, you will collect and process patient specimens to support accurate laboratory testing for both inpatient and outpatient populations.

Schedule: PRN (12-Hour Shift)

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Collect blood and other specimens

• safely and accurately from patients of all ages

• Label, document, and prepare

• specimens for testing (name, date, time & location)

• Complete routine and STAT lab order

• collections in a timely manner

• Obtain patient consent when

• required for procedures

• File & deliver laboratory

• reports to appropriate departments & support daily lab operations

• Monitor, replace, and maintain

• phlebotomy supplies and inventory across hospital departments

• Follow all safety, infection

• control, and compliance standards

• Provide excellent patient service

• and communication

• What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee phlebotomy

• certification required

• Strong customer service, communication,

• and interpersonal skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with

• clinical staff

• Detail-oriented with strong

• organizational and time-management skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and committed
