About the Role Phlebotomist II at Quest Diagnostics in Eureka, MO, will collect and process specimens and enter data to support patient testing. This is an onsite, full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotational weekends. What You'll Do
- Collect specimens from patients (including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections as appropriate).
- Process specimens and ensure proper labeling, handling, and transport.
- Enter data into computer systems accurately and maintain documentation.
- Adhere to safety, quality, and compliance protocols in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Support team with timely specimen processing and communication as needed.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive patient interaction in an outpatient environment. What We're Looking For
- 3+ years phlebotomy experience (pediatric, geriatric, capillary).
- High school diploma.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred/required in some states.
- Computer/keyboard data entry skills.
- Valid driver's license when applicable. Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $22.35+ per hour.
