About the Role This internship offers you a chance to contribute to Philips Hue product management from Eindhoven, supporting fast-growing categories such as Hue Bulbs, Luminaires, Outdoor, Entertainment, and Devices. You will translate consumer insights into product opportunities and help manage launches across markets. You’ll collaborate with international experts across marketing, engineering, and communications to shape compelling lighting experiences.

What You'll Do

• Creating impactful products based on consumer insights
• Managing product launches with project teams and internal stakeholders
• Supporting the team with projects, day-to-day activities, and ad hoc requests
• Delivering world-class communication packages to support product and brand positioning across markets
• Learning from each other and having fun along the way

What We're Looking For

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field at HBO or university level
• Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• You are a fast learner with a strong affinity for marketing and product management
• You are able to work collaboratively on multiple projects within an international team environment
• You are a proactive and confident student with a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills
• You are available for at least 6 months (with the possibility to extend to 12 months) and able to work from the Eindhoven office a minimum of 3 days per week
