About the Role Join Genoa Healthcare, part of UnitedHealth Group, as a Pharmacy Technician supporting the Genoa mental health pharmacy. You will dispense prescriptions and perform necessary clerical duties under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist to help ensure patients receive the right medications and stay on their treatment plans. What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service to all consumers and clinic staff
- Fill prescription orders and make them available for verification under the direct supervision of the registered pharmacist
- Order, receive and store incoming pharmacy supplies
- Receive and process wholesaler medication orders
- Verify medication stock and enter data in computer to maintain inventory records
- Work with the Pharmacist to assist in the pharmacy functions and ensure compliance with all federal and state requirements
- Perform various clerical duties relating to the department
- Communicate effectively with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Other duties as assigned What We're Looking For
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Ohio (required)
- Ability to work onsite at 799 S Main St, Lima, OH 45804 (onsite)
- Access to reliable transportation and valid US driver's license Nice to Have
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification
- Pharmacy and prescription data entry experience Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay range: $16.00 - $29.00 per hour
