About the Role Logan Health's Chester Pharmacy is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician (20 hours/week) to support pharmacists, assist with medication distribution, and provide excellent customer service to staff and patients. The role is based at Logan Health Chester and operates under the supervision of a licensed Pharmacist to help ensure patient safety within scope of practice (non-clinical).
What You'll Do
- Assist the Pharmacist with medication distribution to inpatient and outpatient areas, including filling the automated dispensing system and barcode scanning, and filling patient drawers in nursing units.
- Deliver medications efficiently to assigned areas; perform rounds per policy; coordinate with pharmacy staff to meet immediate needs; assist with billing adjustments to patient accounts as required.
