Job title: Pharmacy Technician Lead (2:00PM - 10:30PM ET)
About the Role AnewHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Lead to serve as the subject matter expert for the designated pharmacy team. The role collaborates with Pharmacy Managers to drive efficiencies and set a consistent standard of work, with growth opportunities for current ExactCare Pharmacy Technicians. The Lead acts as a leader to help achieve department and company goals.
What You'll Do
- Scheduling of technicians
- Training of new hires
- Prioritizing STAT orders through process
- Quality checklists
- Standard work checklists
- End of day reporting
- Interpreting and monitoring Salesforce and DOMO reports and following up (Missing Orders Report, Special Delivery Report, Production Flow)
- Ability to prepare, monitor and follow up with technician schedules
- Demonstrates superior written and verbal skills to collaborate with internal partners and resolve patient issues
What We're Looking For
- No active performance management or corrective action
- 6 months tenure with ExactCare Pharmacy with 6 months spent in current role
- Previous management/leadership experience preferred; ability to provide feedback, hold teams accountable to standards
- Ability to work 2pm to 10:30pm Monday through Friday
