About the Role As a Pharmacy Technician at Safeway Pharmacy #1590 in Milton-Freewater, you will be part of a team supporting our pharmacies, pharmacists, and communities. You’ll help create an easy, friendly pharmacy experience by processing prescriptions and, where allowed by law, providing immunizations. This role offers growth through training and mentoring within a fast-paced retail setting.
What You'll Do
- Support pharmacies and pharmacists in daily operations and prescription processing.
- Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide immunizations where permitted by law (training provided as applicable).
- Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a friendly pharmacy experience for patients.
- Maintain required pharmacy technician licensing and stay compliant with laws and store policies.
- Collaborate with team to promote well-being in communities.
