About the Role This is a remote Pharmacy Technician role in a healthcare setting. You will assist pharmacists with dispensing medications, coordinate with healthcare providers and patients, and help ensure accuracy and compliance in medication handling.
What You'll Do
- Assist pharmacists with medication preparation and verification
- Communicate with patients and providers to resolve prescription issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and help ensure regulatory compliance
- Support billing and insurance-related tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Pharmacy Technician experience or relevant certification
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with pharmacy software and workflow processes (preferred)
Nice to Have
- Experience with medication access programs or specialty medications
- Knowledge of payer processes and prior authorization (preferred)
