About the Role Genoa Healthcare, part of UnitedHealth Group, is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead the on-site pharmacy operations within Centerstone of Indiana in Richmond, IN. The role focuses on delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care, partnering with clinic staff and consumers to improve outcomes and ensure compliant, efficient service. What You'll Do
- Create a great consumer and clinic partner experience and proactively meet their needs by building strong relationships with both groups
- Serve as an expert to the clinical staff and collaborate to achieve clinical outcomes
- Counsel and educate patients on medication usage, adverse effects, schedules, and any personal questions
- Ensure pharmacy operations and team members follow policies and standards in accordance with state and federal laws
- Perform wellness services such as immunizations, flu shots and other preventive services
- Focus on financial profitability and identify opportunities to drive growth in the pharmacy
- Motivate, develop and coach all pharmacy staff to meet their potential and deliver exceptional service

- Experience coaching, developing and managing pharmacy staff; proactive talent stewardship for pharmacy roles
- Ability to partner with clinical staff and clinic leaders to meet patient outcomes
- Strong patient counseling and education skills on medications, adverse effects, and plans
- Knowledge of and commitment to policies and compliance with state and federal laws
- Ability to deliver wellness services (immunizations, preventive care) as part of the pharmacy program
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills to work with consumers and clinic partners Compensation & Benefits
