About the Role Pharmacovigilance Specialist at ICON will monitor the safety of pharmaceutical products by analyzing, interpreting, and reporting adverse event data in compliance with regulatory requirements. This role supports pharmacovigilance and drug safety deliverables in a hybrid Manila setting. What You'll Do
- Take responsibility for pharmacovigilance and drug safety deliverables, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Collect, review, and analyze adverse event reports to ensure timely and accurate reporting per regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with the project manager to manage safety communications and regulatory compliance updates for all key stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support safety-related inquiries and investigations.
- Prepare and submit safety reports and regulatory submissions in a timely manner.
- Stay current on pharmacovigilance regulations and industry best practices to enhance the safety framework. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
- At least 3 years of pharmacovigilance, drug safety, or related experience, preferably in a clinical or pharmaceutical setting.
- Hands-on PV case handling from clinical trials, including case processing, assessment, and follow-up.
- Proven ability to lead PV projects, resolve issues, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and present insights to sponsors.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous data collection and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance in PV activities.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (2-3 days per week in the Makati City office). Compensation & Benefits
