Overview
Medmax Pharmacy is seeking a skilled post-internship Pharmacist to provide pharmaceutical care, counsel patients, supervise pharmacy staff, and support inventory management.
Responsibilities
- • Review prescriptions for accuracy, completeness, and therapeutic appropriateness.
- • Dispense medications accurately, ensuring proper labelling and packaging.
- • Counsel patients on medication use, dosage, side effects, storage, and adherence.
- • Conduct basic health screenings, including blood pressure and blood glucose monitoring.
- • Advise patients on minor ailments and over-the-counter medications.
- • Supervise, mentor, and guide pharmacy staff.
- • Manage inventory, procurement, and stock control to ensure medicine availability and minimize waste.
- • Promote teamwork, professional development, and ethical pharmacy practices.
Requirements
- • Must be a post-internship Pharmacist.
- • Strong pharmaceutical knowledge and patient counselling skills.
- • Ability to dispense medications accurately and provide basic health screening services.
