Role Description
Med-Rems Pharmacy is seeking a knowledgeable, proactive and customer-focused Pharmacist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide quality pharmaceutical care, manage daily pharmacy operations, and contribute to customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately dispense prescriptions and provide professional medication counseling.

Assess patient needs, identify drug interactions, and offer appropriate healthcare advice.

Manage inventory, monitor expiry dates, and ensure adequate stock availability.

Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and professional standards.

Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting customer relationships.

Support pharmacy growth through ethical product recommendations, upselling, and cross-selling.

Supervise pharmacy support staff and ensure smooth daily operations.

Maintain accurate dispensing records and prepare relevant reports.

Qualifications & Requirements
-
B.Pharm or Pharm.D from a recognized institution.

Valid practicing license and registration with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).

Strong knowledge of medications, drug interactions and pharmaceutical care.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

Good inventory management and organizational skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently or within a team.
-
Previous community or retail pharmacy experience is an advantage.

Basic computer and pharmacy management software skills.
