Job Position: Pharmacist

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a licensed, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Pharmacist to join our team in Victoria Island.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing expert pharmaceutical advice, ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations, and delivering excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately and efficiently.

  • Counsel patients on proper drug usage, dosage, side effects, and precautions.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and pharmacy laws.

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, controlled drugs, and prescription files.

  • Monitor storage conditions, expiry dates, and stock levels to prevent stock-outs.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

  • Provide health and wellness advice, including skincare, supplements, and general health consultations where applicable.

  • Supervise pharmacy assistants and ensure smooth day-to-day pharmacy operations.

  • Handle customer complaints and ensure high standards of customer service.

  • Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) from a recognized university.

  • 2-3 years of post-NYSC experience as a Pharmacist, preferably in a retail/community pharmacy.

  • Must be registered with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) with a valid annual license to practice.

  • Strong knowledge of drugs, pharmaceutical care, and current healthcare practices.

  • Excellent communication, counseling, and customer service skills.

  • Attention to detail, high level of integrity, and professionalism.

  • Must reside within or have easy access to Victoria Island, Lagos.

Salary

N300,000 - N400,000 monthly.
