Job Summary
- We are seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacist to join our community pharmacy team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications safely and accurately, providing professional pharmaceutical care and counselling to customers, and ensuring compliance with relevant pharmacy regulations and standards.
- The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, professional, attentive to detail, and able to work effectively in a busy community pharmacy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription and OTC medications accurately and safely.
- Provide medication counselling and professional healthcare advice to customers.
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including stock monitoring, ordering, and expiry checks.
- Maintain proper pharmacy records and ensure compliance with PCN regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organised pharmacy environment.
Requirements
- B.Pharm or Pharm.D from a recognised institution.
- Must be registered with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) and possess a valid practising licence.
- Previous community pharmacy experience is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of dispensing practices, OTC medications, and pharmaceutical care.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
