A Pharmacist position is available in Maryland, Lagos with an urgent hiring status. The role is a hybrid employment arrangement with a monthly remuneration of ₦300,000. The successful candidate will have good knowledge of pharmaceutical practice and will contribute to medication management and patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently while verifying dosing and patient information
- Review prescriptions for safety, interactions, and appropriateness
- Provide counseling to patients on medication use, side effects, and storage
- Maintain accurate pharmaceutical records, inventory, and controlled substance handling where applicable
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards in daily operations
- Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
Requirements
- Proven knowledge of pharmaceutical practices and medication safety
- Ability to work in a hybrid work setting
- Minimum qualifications and licensure as a pharmacist (as applicable to the role and location)
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
