医学信息沟通专员

About the Role 医学信息沟通专员在医学信息沟通地区经理的领导和辅导下，负责所辖区域内的产品学术推广和客户专业支持，如拜访客户传递/沟通/反馈药品信息、召开产品学术推广活动等，从而实现工作目标（包括但不限于专业技能、行为、合规及业绩等综合考评目标）。 What You'll Do

• 在公司政策和程序指引下向客户提供及时准确的专业支持，建立合作伙伴关系。
• 在公司政策和程序指引下充分利用资源进行有效的客户拜访，实现工作目标。
• 在公司政策和程序指引下规划和组织各种学术会议或活动。
• 通过公司管理系统以及其他合规的渠道和方式，收集市场和客户反馈的信息，进行分析，反馈和建议。
• 与上级经理，同事和其他部门的业务伙伴保持有效的联络，发现和促进各种合作机会。
• 在上级经理的辅导下，把握各种学习机会不断提升专业知识和能力。
• 执行公司推行的各项新举措，在公司政策和程序引导下探索创新和优化的机会。
• 完成上级经理指派的其他各项工作。 What We're Looking For
• 教育：大学专科及以上学历，医学、药学、生命科学等相关专业优先。
• 技能：熟练使用MS Office，英语良好。
• 经验：医药行业相关工作经验优先。
• 诚信：能够严格管理自己的行为，确保日常工作全部遵循公司政策、行业准则以及相关法律，包括但不限于 FCPA (《反海外腐败法》)及相关中国大陆境内相关反腐法律条款。严守诚信，保持真实透明，在过往的工作中无任何违反法律规定的行为发生。
