In this Role, Your

Responsibilities

Will Be:

• Technical Support & Solution Development

• Provide expert technical support on TESCOM and AGI products, assisting customers in selecting, configuring, and troubleshooting systems.

• Develop custom solutions and application recommendations based on clients’ operational requirements and specifications.

• Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs, clarify technical requirements, and present product solutions that meet these needs.

• Application Engineering & Product Expertise

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Precision Fluid Control valves and regulators, providing insights into product features, functionality, and applications.

• Conduct field visits to understand client challenges, perform site assessments, and ensure optimal product integration.

• Prepare technical documentation, such as product datasheets, manuals, and installation guides.

• Conduct evaluation testing on product designs to determine conformance to the product definition and customer needs.

• Work in conjunction with Strategic Business Unit Engineering and Product Marketing.

• Assist in the development of new product ideas and appropriate specifications.

• Customer Training & Support

• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations for customers, ensuring they are confident in the operation and maintenance of Precision Fluid Control products.

• Develop training materials tailored to the specific needs of the Japan and Korea markets.

• Support customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, either remotely or on-site as needed.

• Market Feedback & Product Development

• Gather feedback from customers and industry insights to relay to product development teams, aiding in future product enhancements and innovations.

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements in pressure and fluid control to support proactive product recommendations.

• Apparent or Assigned

• Perform related work as apparent or assigned.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or another related field.
• A minimum of three years of experience in application engineering, technical support, or a similar role involving valves and regulators or related industries.
• Proven technical expertise in valve and regulator products and applications, with hands-on experience supporting customer implementations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people.
• Good communication skills in both Korean and English.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Ability to commit to the full 18-month fixed-term contract period.
