About the Role A hands-on leadership role overseeing daily pet care operations at NVA Pet Resorts as part of the Pet Pro Lead team. You will coach and mentor Pet Pros, ensure safety, cleanliness, and documentation, and actively work alongside your team while upholding high standards of care. What You'll Do
- Lead and coach Pet Pros; train new and existing staff to meet safety and care standards.
- Monitor daycare playgroups and boarding areas; reinforce safe handling techniques.
- Ensure medication administration and feeding protocols are followed; maintain health reporting and documentation.
- Oversee sanitation and cleaning standards; maintain a calm, structured environment.
- Enforce safety procedures and address safety concerns immediately.
- Support operational excellence: manage inventory, facility cleanliness, and reporting.
