Key Responsibilities
- Scout assigned areas for viable PET sources and onboard new pickers/collectors to expand the collection network.
- Build and manage productive relationships with collectors while monitoring their compliance with procedures and quality standards.
- Coordinate timely pickup and movement of materials when necessary.
- Inspect PET bottles to ensure they meet company specifications for type and quality.
- Maintain accurate records of collectors, collection points, volumes, and pickups.
- Proactively drive initiatives to increase volumes, address operational challenges, and achieve assigned targets.
