Alera Group is looking for a Personal Lines Property & Casualty Account Manager to join our in-office teams in Braintree, Ludlow, Milford or Rehoboth, MA. We are seeking highly motivated colleagues who bring experience and enthusiasm to our team – joining us may be the perfect fit for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage personal lines insurance policies (home, auto, umbrella, flood, etc.)
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverages
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to ensure accurate policy placement and underwriting practices
- Identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling to enhance client coverage and satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS

3 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance as an account manager (preferred)

Valid Massachusetts Property and Casualty License (preferred)

Strong understanding of insurance products, coverages, and services

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in agency management software (Applied Epic)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This job is expected to be performed on-site in the office.

The salary range is $55,000 to $75,000 per year. This role is commission eligible.
