Location
Houston, TX | On-Site
Join our team in a centrally located Houston office, where you'll collaborate directly with experienced litigators, build strong professional relationships, and gain valuable hands-on trial experience.
Note
Candidates must have an active Texas law license and 2+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience, including hands-on case management. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity.

Job Description
- Independently manage plaintiff-side personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial.
- Investigate liability, evaluate damages and insurance coverage, and develop effective litigation strategies.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, settlement demands, and other legal documents.
- Take and defend depositions, represent clients at hearings, and participate in mediations and settlement negotiations.
- Collaborate with clients, medical professionals, experts, and fellow attorneys to build compelling cases.
- Advocate passionately for injured clients while maintaining strong communication throughout the litigation process.
Qualifications

Active license to practice law in Texas.

2+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.

Experience independently managing personal injury cases and handling litigation matters.

Strong legal writing, negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills.

Experience with trucking accidents, commercial vehicle collisions, premises liability, or workplace injuries is a plus.
