Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Personal Injury Attorney to manage a caseload of 40-50 cases in litigation and all stages of the case.

This role requires strong negotiation skills, litigation experience, and a client-centered approach to delivering exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high case load of personal injury matters from intake through settlement

• Conduct case evaluations, liability analysis, and damage assessments

• Draft and submit demand packages to insurance carriers

• Negotiate settlements to maximize client outcomes

• Maintain consistent communication with clients, medical providers, and adjusters

• Litigation

• File lawsuits and manage cases through the litigation lifecycle

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery (written and depositions)

• Attend hearings, mediations, arbitration, and settlement conferences

• Represent clients in court and trial proceedings as needed

Requirements

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Active license to practice law in California

• 4+ years of experience in personal injury (plaintiff or defense)

• Experience handling cases in both pre-litigation and litigation phases preferred

• Strong negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Preferred Skills:

• Trial experience or strong interest in trial work

• Experience with case management software (e.g., File-vine, Clio, Needles)

• Ability to independently manage a caseload while collaborating with a team

• Client-focused mindset with high emotional intelligence
