Tukwila, WA | Full-Time, On-Site
Join our welcoming team in Tukwila, conveniently located in the greater Seattle area. This in-office position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with colleagues, build lasting professional relationships, and make a meaningful impact every day.
Note
Candidates must have 2+ years of personal injury law experience, an active Washington State Bar license, and the ability to work on-site in Tukwila. We welcome both experienced associates and more senior attorneys who are excited to contribute and grow with our team.

Job Description
- Manage personal injury cases through various stages of pre-litigation, litigation, and settlement.
- Develop case strategies, evaluate liability, and negotiate favorable resolutions for clients.
- Draft legal documents, motions, pleadings, and settlement materials.
- Represent clients at hearings, court proceedings, and settlement conferences.
- Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers.
- Assist with minor settlement approvals and related court proceedings as needed.
- Collaborate with our legal support team to deliver efficient, high-quality representation.
Qualifications

2+ years of personal injury law experience.

Active Washington State Bar membership in good standing.

Experience with personal injury claims, legal research, case management, and settlement negotiations.

Strong writing, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable handling court appearances and hearings independently when appropriate.
