What you’ll do

Work closely with the Founder and understand the voice, personality, expertise and ambitions.

Observe the business and identify stories, insights and content opportunities.

Maintain a Founder Story Bank.

Turn everyday business experiences into compelling LinkedIn and Instagram content.

Develop hooks, angles, storylines and scripts.
-
Draft posts, captions and short-form video concepts.
-
Document behind-the-scenes Founder experiences.
-
Research relevant industry developments and conversations.
-
Manage the Founder’s content calendar.
-
Repurpose stories into different formats.
-
Interview and ask the right questions to uncover the deeper story behind an experience.

Coordinate with the Founder on photos, videos and other content assets.

You can find different angles and ways to tell a story.

Experience in content creation, journalism, communications, branding, social media, documentary production or professional services is an advantage.

What matters most is your ability to observe, recognise a story and communicate it exceptionally well.

A note on the role

There may also be selected Executive Assistant responsibilities attached to the role, including calendar management, meeting coordination, follow-ups, deadlines and selected Founder activities.

However, storytelling and personal brand development are the core of this position.

As part of the recruitment process, shortlisted candidates will complete a short storytelling exercise.
