About the Role Be a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner to the people and businesses in KeyBank communities. This role engages clients in conversations to uncover needs and provide guidance and solutions to support financial wellness, both in person and through proactive calling. As part of the branch team, the Personal Banker attracts new clients and grows relationships with existing clients to achieve their financial goals and client confidence.
What You'll Do
- Engage clients in conversations to uncover financial needs and provide guidance and solutions to support their financial wellness.
- Attract new clients and expand relationships with existing clients based on their financial goals.
- Work with the branch team to deliver a strong client experience and proactively reach out to clients.
