About the Role The Personal Banker helps clients by engaging in meaningful conversations to assess needs and guide financial wellness, both in person and through proactive outreach. As part of the branch team, you will attract new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones, aligning financial goals with KeyBank's solutions. What You'll Do
- Engage clients in deeper conversations to uncover needs and provide guidance and solutions to support their financial wellness, in person and through proactive calling.
- Attract new clients to KeyBank and work with existing clients to develop and expand relationships based on their unique financial goals.
