About the Role A Personal Banker at KeyBank helps people and businesses move forward financially by solving problems, advising on financial solutions, and building trusted relationships. You’ll engage clients in conversations to uncover needs and provide guidance to support financial wellness both in person and through proactive outreach. As part of the branch team, you’ll attract new clients and deepen relationships to help clients achieve their financial goals. What You'll Do
- Embody a strong client experience culture, being present with every client and teammate and recognizing the impact we can have on their day, personally, professionally, and financially.
- Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and provide effective, customized financial wellness recommendations.
- Consistently attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals.
- Open personal and business accounts (consumer checking, small business, various deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, certificates of deposit, etc.).
- Develop strong partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to focus on client acquisition and deepen relationships; manage internal and external centers of influence.
- Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security and audit procedures and policies, including proper documentation of client interactions.
- Support branch operations including assisting with client transactions on the Teller line as needed.
- Participate in and occasionally facilitate in-person morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
- Work on Saturdays as directed by management.
- Perform other duties as assigned; duties may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.

- Education: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent; willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work on Saturdays as needed and to support branch operations.
- Commitment to compliance with operational, risk, security and audit requirements.
