About the Role Be a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner to people and businesses in KeyBank communities. Personal Bankers engage clients in conversations to uncover needs and provide guidance and solutions to support financial wellness, both in person and via proactive outreach. The role includes attracting new clients and expanding relationships with existing clients based on their goals. What You'll Do
- Engage clients in deeper conversations to uncover needs and provide guidance and solutions to support their financial wellness, both in person and through proactive calling efforts.
- Work toward attracting new clients to Key Bank and develop/expand relationships with existing clients based on their unique financial goals. What We're Looking For
