About the Role Be a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner to the people and businesses in our KeyBank communities. Personal Bankers engage clients in deeper conversations to uncover needs and provide guidance and solutions to assist in client's financial wellness both in person and through proactive calling efforts. As part of the branch team, the Personal Banker will work toward attracting new clients to Key and work with existing clients to develop and expand relationships based on their unique financial goals. What You'll Do
- Engage clients in deeper conversations to uncover needs and provide guidance and solutions to support their financial wellness, in person and through proactive calling.
- Attract new clients to Key and grow relationships with existing clients by understanding their financial goals and offering tailored solutions.
- Partner with the branch team to develop and expand client relationships. What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with clients.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify client needs and offer appropriate guidance.
- Comfort working in a branch setting and performing outreach to clients (in person and via calls).
- Team player with a collaborative spirit to grow client relationships.
