About the Role Be a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner to the people and businesses in our KeyBank communities. Personal Bankers engage clients in deeper conversations to uncover needs and provide guidance and solutions to assist in client's financial wellness both in person and through proactive calling efforts. As part of the branch team, the Personal Banker will work toward attracting new clients to KeyBank and work with existing clients to develop and expand relationships based on their unique financial goals.
What You'll Do
- Engage clients in conversations to uncover financial needs and provide guidance and solutions to support their financial wellness, in person and via proactive outreach.
- Attract new clients to KeyBank while expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate as part of the branch team to deliver exceptional service and tailor financial solutions.
- Proactively call on clients to deepen relationships and cross-sell products where appropriate.
