About the Role As a Personal Banker at KeyBank, you are a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner in our communities. You will engage clients in meaningful conversations to uncover needs and provide guidance and solutions to support their financial wellness, in person and through proactive calling. You’ll be part of the branch team, helping attract new clients and deepen relationships with existing ones based on each client’s unique financial goals.
What You'll Do
- Engage clients in deeper conversations to uncover needs and provide guidance to support financial wellness.
- Build relationships with individuals and businesses in KeyBank communities through in-person interactions and proactive outreach.
- Partner with the branch team to attract new clients and expand relationships with existing clients based on clients' financial goals.
- Help clients with everyday banking needs and identify opportunities to connect them with other KeyBank products and services.
