Job Summary
We are seeking a smart, organised, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to the business owner and assist with the smooth running of daily activities.
The ideal candidate should be mature, professional, discreet, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the executive's schedule, appointments, meetings, and daily activities.

Handle calls, messages, emails, and other correspondence professionally.

Coordinate and follow up on assigned tasks, errands, and business activities.

Assist with organising documents, records, and other administrative duties.

Liaise with clients, vendors, staff, and other business contacts when required.

Assist with logistics, bookings, purchases, and other business-related arrangements.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Provide regular updates and ensure important tasks and deadlines are followed up.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum of OND; B.Sc./HND is an added advantage.

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Secretary, or in a similar role is preferred.

Good communication, organisational, and time-management skills.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.

Must be reliable, trustworthy, professional, and discreet.
