What you’ll be doing:

This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-level executive support within Group Corporate Treasury (GCT). The role is responsible for maximising the effectiveness of two senior leaders through proactive management of complex diaries, communications, meetings, and key business priorities. It also oversees a range of team administrative activities, ensuring the smooth running of the wider GCT function. Acting as a key liaison across GCT, Finance, and internal and external stakeholders, the role requires strong organisational skills, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you’ll:

  • Proactively manage complex diaries, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring all supporting materials are prepared in advance. This includes planning and coordinating team events, offsites, leadership meetings, and external engagements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building effective working relationships and managing communications professionally, prioritising emails, messages, and correspondence, whilst exercising sound judgement and discretion.
  • Support people-related administration, including Workday delegation, expenses, holiday tracking, recruitment activities, onboarding/offboarding processes, maintaining and administering team collaboration platforms, including Teams, SharePoint, and Viva Engage.
  • Prepare and format high-quality correspondence, reports, presentations, briefing papers, and other executive materials.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies and supporting the resolution of office and property-related issues.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Group Corporate Treasury, its priorities, and stakeholder landscape to provide proactive and informed support.
  • Collaborate with the wider PA community, sharing best practice and providing cover during periods of absence.
  • Organise and prioritise workload effectively, handling multiple competing demands and coordinating with support teams where required.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage senior leaders and build effective relationships and networks across functions and levels.
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
