About the Role The Permits Manager is responsible for defining, structuring, coordinating and securing the entire permit process (IDR, IDP, PGD, PZI, PIO) for a metro project in Serbia, ensuring compliance with the Serbian Planning and Construction Law and alignment with the project schedule. This role acts as the internal and external reference for all permitting matters and ensures timely approvals integrated with project delivery.
What You'll Do
- Act as the internal and external reference point for all permitting matters
- Assess and confirm applicability of the Serbian Construction Law to the metro project context
- Define the full permitting process, including stages, inputs and outputs (IDR, IDP, PGD, PZI, PIO)
- Define and collect required technical inputs from all project stakeholders
