Your key responsibilities
Lead the delivery of testing activities, plans and processes for complex products or services ensuring product quality. Also, facilitates resource planning and resolution of issues that may impede the test effort and drives continuous improvement. Responsible for the design, development, and support of test scripts for non-functional requirements. Lead the identification of the test scope and test environment set-up, prepares test plans, identifies relevant metrics and keeps track of required effort for large initiatives Review test reports and act on recommendations for product or design changes Drive the evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of testing procedures and strategies ensuring alignment to non-functional requirements Supports in identifying product quality risks based on the high-level solution architecture Develop trusted relationships with other engineering groups and key business stakeholders to evaluate, recommend and implement testing procedures for products, systems, components or modifications
Skills and attributes for success
An ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of testing lifecycle, agile frameworks and knowledge of Quality Management techniques. Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in guiding diverse teams. Broad understanding of AI testing
To qualify for the role you must have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field and more than 12 years of relevant work experience Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ab
