Job title: Performance Test Lead (8+ Years Experience)
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Performance Lead with at least 8 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end performance testing. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in OpenText LoadRunner and LoadRunner Cloud/LRC and strong communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage client-side performance analysis, present results to business stakeholders, and discuss performance risks and improvements. This role acts as a bridge between onsite and offshore teams to ensure smooth communication, task alignment, and delivery timelines. Experience with Azure and Power BI based applications is valued.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end performance testing activities, define approaches, scenarios and success criteria.
- Analyze results including AppInsights and clearly articulate performance risks and improvements to business stakeholders.
- Coordinate between onsite and offshore teams to ensure alignment, timely delivery, and effective task ownership.
- Conduct client-side performance analysis and contribute to NFR discussions.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams, driving actions to mitigate risks.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing.
- Expertise in OpenText LoadRunner and LoadRunner Cloud.
- Deep understanding of End-to-End Performance Testing and client-side performance testing.
- Proven ability to lead meetings with business stakeholders on NFR results and clearly articulate performance risks and improvements.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to manage activities between onsite and offshore teams.
Nice to Have
- Azure and Power BI experience; AppInsights proficiency.
