About this role

About the Role Based in the UK, the Performance Marketing Coordinator EMEA will own and optimize paid search, shopping and SEO across Belkin's retail media programs to drive traffic, brand awareness and sales. This international role requires collaboration with eCommerce, Sales and Marketing teams regionally and globally, with occasional travel within the EMEA region. What You'll Do

  • Partner with eCommerce and Sales teams to build, optimise and report on ads campaigns via a range of different retail media platforms (e.g. Bol.com, Amazon) to meet and exceed sales and marketing objectives.
  • Perform ongoing keyword and competitor research, execute tests, analyse data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
  • Evaluate content and identify how to improve titles, descriptions and other on/off page content to increase visibility.
  • Work with content teams to provide search and keyword insights to improve organic SEO.
  • Utilise our stack of advertising tools such as Pacvue for automation, Helium 10 for keyword research, Amazon Advertising / Vendor Central / Bol.com / Google Analytics for tracking and insights. Be continually looking for how technology and AI can make processes and workflows more efficient.
  • Provide support, advice and training to partners across the business on digital advertising, PPC strategies, and retail media execution.
  • Collaborate with other members of the eCommerce and Marketing teams when planning product and brand campaigns.
  • Report on weekly and monthly KPIs showing tasks completed and proactive next steps taken to show progress achieved. What We're Looking For
  • Knowledge of performance marketing includes conversion, attribution, and online customer acquisition.
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g, Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Google Analytics, Stackline, SEMrush, PowerBI), and a power-user of Excel.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and eCommerce.
  • Well organised and detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines with excellent time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be fluent in English and Dutch, with German being a huge advantage.
  • Interest in the tech and consumer electronics industry. Nice to Have
  • German language proficiency is a huge advantage. Compensation & Benefits
