Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads to drive leads, conversions, and business growth.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, focusing on key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CVR, and ROAS.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and achieve campaign targets.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and campaign settings to improve performance.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize campaign efficiency and conversion results.
- Analyze campaign data to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with the team to align performance marketing strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- ****Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Strong understanding of conversion-focused marketing, lead generation, and performance optimization.
- Experience analyzing campaign metrics, managing budgets, and conducting A/B testing.
- Data-driven, analytical, and comfortable making decisions based on campaign performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple campaigns and communicate insights and recommendations clearly.
