Performance Management Lead - Decatur, IL This is an exempt level position reporting though the Plant Improvement organization The Performance Management Lead should be a subject matter expert of all financial aspects of operations, including operating costs and KPIs management. The performance management lead should take a leadership role in improving the plant’s cost position. This colleague is a critical link between the operations and commercial/finance teams, is important stakeholder and owner of the financial plan, and a key member of the operations leadership team.
