About the Role A hands-on Performance Engineer at Wipro to drive performance initiatives for enterprise-scale applications, ensuring optimal responsiveness and reliability. You will monitor, analyze, and optimize performance across distributed systems using Dynatrace and Splunk, and help embed performance validation into automated build and release cycles.
What You'll Do
- Perform performance engineering for enterprise-scale applications to ensure responsiveness and reliability.
- Use Dynatrace and Splunk to monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot performance issues across distributed systems.
- Drive enterprise-level automation strategies to streamline performance testing, monitoring, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance validation into automated build and release cycles.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting mechanisms for stakeholders.
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide actionable insights to improve scalability and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead performance engineering initiatives across teams.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in performance engineering and enterprise automation.
- Hands-on expertise with Dynatrace, Splunk, and CI/CD tools.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Shell, or PowerShell.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Mandatory Skills: Performance Engineering Essentials.

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (containerization and orchestration).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD 60,000 - 135,000 per year.
