We're looking for an energetic, hands-on Performance Coach to oversee operations in a fresh food service production environment in San Antonio.
In this role, you'll coach and motivate a high-performing team responsible for preparing and packaging fresh meals for grocer distribution in a fast-paced, safe, clean and highly organized environment.
You'll participate in orientations, coordinate on-site training, provide performance coaching, oversee attendance tracking and help create a positive, results-driven culture. If you're a natural leader who can solve problems quickly, manage conflict professionally, and inspire others to succeed, we want to meet you!
This position requires standing for extended periods, weekend work and occasional overtime.

salary: $24.2 - $25.3 per hour shift: First work hours: 5:30 AM - 6 PM education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee employees working in a fresh food service production environment
- Ensure employees are adhering to all safety and quality requirements
- Provide coaching for employees
- Must have the ability to professionally manage conflict, promote effective change, and problem solve quickly when necessary
- Assist with training and retaining a highly productive, results driven workforce by continuously inspiring and motivating the team
- Complete administrative tasks as directed by management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- English/Spanish is preferred
- Be willing to work flexible hours including overtime when required
- 2 openings - work hours 1) Mon-Fri 11:45am - 8:30pm and 2) Sat-Sun 5:30am - 6pm
- Pay Rate $24.20/hr for Mon-Fri and $25.30/hr for Sat-Sun
The essential functions of this role include:
