About the Role Role focuses on strict adherence to safety SOPs and quality standards, executing batch manufacturing activities, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain operational efficiency. What You'll Do
- Ensure adherence to safety norms, policies, and SOPs.
- Execute batch manufacturing activities and meet production targets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely calibration, preventive maintenance and other operational activities. What We're Looking For
- B.Sc or M.Sc in Analytical or Organic Chemistry.
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in peptide manufacturing.
- Proven experience in peptide manufacturing.
- Expertise in RPHPLC DAC column packing and slurry preparation procedure.
- Knowledge of mobile phase and stationary phase preparation as per procedure.
- Knowledge of Column DAC and SCADA system operation.
- Knowledge of adsorption/desorption techniques in preparative column and preparative column regeneration technique.
- Experience with gradient method loading and execution.
- Experience with DCS & MES operation. Nice to Have
