This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

The opportunity is for the Financial Systems department in our Corporate Systems organization. We’re a global Financial Systems organization responsible for supporting APAC, Africa, India, UK, Latin America and North America. We’re focused on delivering cost effective high quality solutions that improve the efficiency of our financial organization.

This role will be responsible for the functional and technical support, maintenance and system administration of the PeopleSoft Finance application. PeopleSoft Finance modules being supported include Record to Report (General Ledger, Asset Management, Project Costing), Procure to Pay (Purchasing and Accounts Payable) and Order to Cash (Order Management, Billing, Accounts Receivable).

Our team plays a key role in enabling important business process decisions in accounting to help meet corporate objectives. Successful team members are energetic and flexible, with a focus on delivering high quality solutions.

• Driven, self-managing individual with excellent communication skills that are used to translate complex technical challenges into business terms
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems Management or equivalent experience

Required Knowledge And Experiences

Partner with Finance end-users to understand and analyze complex business problems and define business needs for new and/or enhanced products, services or optimize/streamline business processes.

• Support PeopleSoft Finance user requests with regard to functional processing questions such as system navigation, batch processing, queries, table and data maintenance, etc.
