Your Day-to-Day
- Support the development and execution of internal communication strategies and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in the coordination and improvement of the employee life cycle process.
- Contribute to the activation and implementation of internal HR projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the HR team to streamline processes and enhance overall HR operational efficiency.
****Who We’re Looking For
- Currently a final-year student or recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Proven experience in project coordination or management, gained through university projects or prior internships.
- Good written and verbal communication skills to support internal communications.
- Passionate about people-related initiatives and eager to explore a career in Human Resources.
